Every Carnival guest is assured of spacious, comfortable accommodations. All staterooms offer carpeting, ample drawer and closet space, private facilities (shower, basin and toilet), telephone and color television showing first-run films.

This is a custom designed program and therefore based on a minimum number of participants. Should this minimum number of participants not be reached, the Tour Operator reserves the right to recalculate the cost or cancel this program.

 

Terms and Conditions

Reservations and Payment: A deposit of $500 per person is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits must be received within 7 days of booking. An additional $300 per person is due by March 15, 2006. Final payments must be received by mindbodytravel, Inc. no later than June 1, 2006. Mindbodytravel, Inc. reserves the right to resell the program without notice if final payment has not been received by dates outlined above.

Single, Triple or Quads: A limited number of single occupancy cabins are available at a surcharge. Triple and Quad accommodations are also available on a request basis. Please contact mindbodytravel for further information.

Changes/Cancellations:
$195 per person until December 31, 2005
$295 per person January 1 – February 28, 2006
$395 per person March 1 – April 30, 2006
50% per person May 1 – July 31, 2006
100% penalty from August 1, 2006 to sailing date.

A $100.00 per person change fee will be assessed for any and every change involving names, pre and post packages and/or departure cities that are made within 60 days of sailing. Mindbodytravel, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any program in which case all monies received by program participants shall be refunded.

Protect Your Travel Dollars: Trip Cancellation Insurance is an important travel investment. Mindbodytravel, Inc. is not responsible or liable for loss, damage, theft of luggage and /or personal belongings, or for personal injury accidents, and/or illness. For your protection, it is important that you have, or purchase adequate insurance to cover these possibilities. Details about insurance will be provided.

Rates: All program prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

Travel Program Includes: Accommodations and meals as outlined. Mindbodytravel, Inc. reserves the right to substitute accommodations of similar quality. Ask about free roommate-matching (certain restrictions apply).

Gratuities: $70.00 per person (subject to change), to cover the dining room team and service, alternative dining service, and room steward. Gratuities will be automatically applied to your shipboard Sail and Sign account.

Program Prices Do Not Include: Airfare; any transportation airport/ship/airport, alcoholic beverages, spa services etc. Items of a personal nature including laundry, wine, liquor, soft drinks and mineral water, excess baggage charges, accident and baggage insurance and any items not specifically listed as included.

Air, Transportation Fees For Fly Aweigh Air Sea Guests: Please advise if an air quote is required from any gateway. A $40 to $80 per person airport fee will apply, depending on gateway. All taxes/fees are subject to change.

Responsibility: Mindbodytravel, Inc. acts only as agent for the hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, ship lines, or owners or contractors, or by persons in their employ, providing accommodations, transportation, or other services. By the acceptance of tour membership and/or such coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets, the tour member agrees to the foregoing, and also agrees that neither Mindbodytravel Inc. nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise, in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities de jure or de facto, wars whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations of, or changes in, itinerary or schedules, or from any causes beyond the control of Mindbodytravel Inc. nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses, or liability sustained or incurred, by the tour member as a result of the foregoing causes.

Frequently Asked Questions:

When do we embark and disembark?
The ship will depart from New York at 4:00pm on September 23rd, 2006.
The ship will return to New York at 8:00am on September 30th, 2006.

What times should I book for my arrival and departure flights for New York?
You should arrive no later than 12:30am on September 23rd.
Return flight should be booked no earlier than 1:30pm on September 30th.

Can I wash my clothes while on board?
Each ship has at least 2 self-service launderettes located on the stateroom decks.

What amenities are in my stateroom?
A hair dryer is provided at the desk/vanity in the stateroom. All staterooms have an amenity basket displayed in the bathroom. The amenities are subject to change and are only sample sizes. The basket may include such things as: his/her razors; shampoo and conditioner; body wash; Tylenol; deodorant; hard candies. Supplies will be replenished by the room steward upon request.

What is the tipping policy onboard?
Gratuity will be automatically added to your onboard Sail and Sign account on embarkation day ($7.00 per person).

What should I pack?
Casual attire and resort wear is the order of the day both on board and in port. Shorts, slacks, sundresses, blouses, etc., are in line for women. Clothing for men is just as casual. You should bring a pair of rubber-soled sandals or sneakers to wear on deck and a pair of good walking shoes, a sweater or jacket for cool evenings and inexpensive rain gear in case of a sudden shower. Women may want to bring along a hat or scarf. You’ll have a chance to dress up on two nights during 7 day or longer cruises for the Captain’s Cocktail Party and the Gala Farewell Dinner.
