Gloria Gilbčre, N.D., D.A.Hom., Ph.D.
Gloria Gilbčre consults with clients and
physicians in integrative medicine around
the world, both via telephone consultation
and at the office in northern Idaho. Her
specialty and practice focuses on
identifying and correcting causes of chronic
disorders, specifically multiple chemical
sensitivities, chemically induced immune
system disorders, digestive disorders (leaky
gut, irritable bowel, Crohn's, chronic
constipation/diarrhea) fibromyalgia, chronic
fatigue, food and environmental allergies,
candida (yeast and fungal infections) and
skin disorders (psoriasis, eczema). It is
her experience, and research confirms, these
disorders have common causes.
The focus of her practice is in identifying
non-drug solutions to chronic health
disorders. The recommendations made are to
correct disease and health imbalances
utilizing natural and holistic approaches.
She works with the client to design
health-care, not symptom-care or disease
management. Her role is that of a health
architect — creating the blueprint for
health to enable you, the builder, to have
the necessary tools to create wellness.
To Schedule a
Consultation
To arrange a consultation, either by
telephone, computer video cam, or at the
office in northern Idaho, USA, follow the
instructions given below step by step.
- Call
(208) 255-5252 (Pacific time) or
fax a request to 208-265-1777.
- Complete
and submit the “New Client” forms listed below.
- To
simplify the process, click on the link for each
form listed below. When the form appears, fill
it out, making sure to complete all questions.

Print out each new client form, sign and date
it. The completed, signed forms can be submitted
by fax; however,
originals must follow by mail along with
a recent photograph. (Our mailing address
and fax number are listed at the bottom of this
page.)

After you have printed your form, use
the Submit button to send us the electronic
version. This allows us to more quickly process
your request.

In-Office Consultation:

When we receive your completed, signed
forms, our office will call you to set a
time for your appointment. Please arrive 15
minutes before your scheduled time in case
we have questions that need to be clarified.

When your appointment is scheduled, you will
be notified how much time is allotted. Most
in-depth consultations are from 1-2 hours.
Follow-up consultations will be by telephone
or video cam and are booked in 15-minute
increments.
Telephone and Video Cam Consultations:

When we receive your completed, signed forms
by email or fax, our office will call you
to schedule your appointment. Allow 1-2
hours for the initial consultation. If you
are in the U.S., the doctor will call you.
Outside the U.S. you will be given a special
number to call.

The doctor will call you at the specified
time except for calls outside of the U.S. If
you’re told to call a special line, it is
only for that use that day and will not be
answered at any other time. Please use the
office phone for all other business.
Fee for Consulting Services:
Office in Sandpoint, Idaho USA (Initial
Consultation 1-2 hrs.) $240.00
Satellite Office out of Idaho (Initial
Consultation 1 hr., includes first follow-up
telephone or video cam consult) $290.00
All additional follow-up telephone or video
cam consultations are billed at the rate of
$35.00 per 15-minute increments. In office
follow-up consultations are billed at the
rate of $60.00 per 15-minute increment.
*If you do not own a video cam and would
like to use that method for your
consultation, our office can mail you one
for the cost of $24.95 including shipping
within the U.S.
Financial Arrangements
Financial arrangements must be made before
appointments are scheduled. We accept Visa,
MasterCard, and Debit cards. If you’re
paying by check, it must be paid the day of
the office visit or prior to the telephone
consultation. Checks must be drawn on a U.S.
Bank. Any checks returned for insufficient
funds will be charged a $25.00 service fee —
no exceptions.
For specifics regarding cost, you must fax
or call. Email requests for pricing will not
be answered due to the high volume of
inquiries. Arrangements for lodging, organic
food, and therapies in various healing
modalities in north Idaho are coordinated
and monitored by the health center, upon
request.
